THE DINKY DIECAST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICES: All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling but do not include Postage and Packing.
Dinky Diecast is not a tax registered business therefore prices do not include tax.
POSTAGE AND PACKING: For all UK Mainland deliveries there is a one off charge of £4.20 regardless of the number of items ordered at one time. Delivery is normally by Royal Mail and for security a signature will be required. Dinky Diecast delivers Worldwide. If you wish to purchase a model(s) and you are outside of the UK please email for the delivery cost. If you then wish to proceed with a purchase an Invoice will be sent by PayPal and the item(s) reserved for up to 7 days for payment to be received. In all cases payment must have cleared before any item can be despatched. Dinky Diecast endeavours to despatch all orders within one working day (provided payment has cleared) except in times of holidays in which case a clear message will always be displayed on the website. During a holiday period models can be ordered and paid for to secure the model and will be despatched upon return to business.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS: Payments and refunds are made via PayPal which is safe, secure and encrypted. Please note that a PayPal Account is not required to complete your purchase and most major credit and debit cards worldwide are accepted. Dinky Diecast will never be provided with your personal financial information.
PRIVACY POLICY: Dinky Diecast does not store customers financial details including credit/debit card numbers and does not disclose customers information to third parties other then carriers for delivery purposes.
RETURNS: All items purchased may be cancelled and returned provided they are returned in the same condition within 14 days of receipt using the same delivery method. A full refund will be provided without undue delay on safe receipt of the item(s) less for the cost of Postage for the return except in the case where the item(s) is returned as it was received damaged in which case Dinky Diecast will also refund the return postage cost.
